We are an educational system comprising 80 schools and more than 5,000 employees in the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality learning and teaching to around 43,500 students.

As part of our goal to be the preferred choice for families, students, and staff, we seek an Early Talent Advisor to support our early talent function.

The Early Talent Advisor will partner with internal and external stakeholders to build a strong early talent function that anticipates our organisational needs. This includes understanding our current state early talent programs and processes, supporting the development and implementation of an early talent strategy, and facilitating strong partnerships and processes with the Talent Acquisition team.

This role requires experience in early talent or graduate programs in a mid-to-large-sized organisation, knowledge of higher education and education profession dynamics, and strong communication and presentation skills. The successful candidate will also be confident in facilitation/presenting at workshops and have a natural aptitude for fostering environments of collaboration and teamwork.
