Project and Program Delivery Specialists - Defence Programs

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in delivering complex projects that shape the future of Australia. Our people are at the core of our success, bringing expertise, innovation, and leadership to critical programmes of national importance.

We collaborate with clients across the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) and the National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG) to help them achieve their mission.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects and programs across their full lifecycle, from planning and initiation through to closure and benefits realisation.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders to keep high-impact initiatives on track and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop and refine business processes, supporting governance frameworks, and driving operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data, insights, and structured methodologies to enable continuous improvement and effective program delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering projects and programs across their full lifecycle.
  • Skill in managing schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.
  • Background in developing and refining business processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
