Job DescriptionAs a Radiocommunications Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining telecommunications infrastructure across the state. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of WCDMA/LTE/4G/5G/NBN technologies and radio base stations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Technical Expertise: You should have a strong understanding of build drawings and site survey findings, as well as experience in installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment.
- Education and Certifications: A tertiary qualification in Telecommunications or Engineering science is desirable, although equivalent experience as a telecommunications technician may also be considered. You should hold relevant certifications such as Working at Heights / Tower Rescue Ticket, First Aid and CPR, Construction White Card, and Manual Driver's Licence.
