We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Carer.

This part-time role offers 24.75 hours per fortnight and provides an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

As a Multi Skilled Carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents with their daily needs, including personal care, mobility, and transfers
  • Assisting with medication management in accordance with individual profiles
  • Maintaining effective communication within the workplace
