Senior Contracts Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team at Adco Constructions.

About the Job

The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing the project contracts administration team, ensuring compliance with project plans, contractual and legal conditions, time bars, and administrative timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Administration: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project delivery, including the production of documents that govern the project.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure plans are in line with project, business, and legislative requirements, coordinate with the Project Manager to define roles and responsibilities for the CA team, and review subcontractor plans for compliance.
  • Subcontract Administration: Compile and review accurate scopes of work for subcontracts, ensure all relevant project plans and requirements are included, and administer project management, change, and control processes.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in the commercial sector in Sydney, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder management skills, and experience using Jobpac, Acconex, and Payapps.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, company subsidised health and fitness programs, access to an employee assistance program, and regular staff recreation days.
