About the Role:

Property Network of Australia is seeking a seasoned Centre Manager to join its team in the Central Tablelands region of NSW, driving operational excellence and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage centre performance to achieve financial, operational, and marketing targets.
  • Mentor and oversee a team of three staff, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive community engagement and develop strong relationships with retailers for mutual benefit.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams and head office to establish strategic directions.
  • Represent the company externally, engaging with government and industry groups.
  • Implement income-generating initiatives and manage expenses effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Centre Manager or Retail Property Manager.
  • A valid Real Estate License or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong numeracy, communication, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Retail Leases legislation and industry standards.
  • A collaborative approach to supporting team goals and innovation.

Compensation Package:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package within the range of $130,000-$140,000 p/a, reflecting the demands and expectations of this leadership role.
