Human Resources Generalist Oceania

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Oceania. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to employees across the region, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. You will work closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others. A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or data analysis role are essential. You must also have full working rights in Australia.
Your Typical Day at DSV:
- Data Analysis & Reporting – You will analyze HR reports to ensure accuracy and integrity, identify discrepancies, and make timely corrections in the HR system. You will track key workforce metrics such as contract end dates, work eligibility statuses, and turnover trends.
- HR Business Partner Support – You will collaborate with HRBPs to analyze trends, generate insights, and support initiatives like employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance analysis.
- Administrative Support – You will manage employee transfers, onboarding, offboarding, and maintain HR documentation with accuracy. You will ensure compliance by keeping employee records updated in the HR system.
- Employee Support – You will manage the HR mailbox, respond to employee queries, and provide timely assistance on HR-related matters.
