Job Description
- Collections of blood and other samples from patients using venepuncture techniques.
- Processing of pathology specimens in a laboratory setting, adhering to strict quality control measures.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet collection targets and achieve business objectives.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in blood collection in Australia.
- Current Police Check and AS4308 (Urine Drug Screen) Qualification would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations.
