Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our global partner marketing efforts. The successful candidate will play a key strategic role in shaping and delivering marketing initiatives that increase product usage and revenue from existing partners.


The ideal candidate will have 8 years' experience in marketing, with a strong background in B2B and high-growth environments. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to execute global campaigns, driving customer growth through targeted marketing programs, and providing strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  1. Lead the strategic direction of the global partner marketing stream, ensuring all initiatives align with the company's long-term growth strategy.
  2. Develop and implement a global marketing framework for partner marketing, setting guiding principles and performance expectations for regional teams.
  3. Act as a senior strategic advisor to regional GTM and marketing leaders, influencing prioritization and ensuring integrated execution across multiple functions and geographies.
  4. Drive cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Enablement, and Revenue teams to ensure global campaigns are cohesive and optimized for commercial impact.
  5. Champion innovation and scalability in partner marketing, introducing new approaches and tools that can be replicated globally while accommodating regional nuance.
  6. Work closely with channel owners to lead experimentation strategy and campaign testing, ensuring robust campaign insights.
  7. Report at a senior level on the commercial outcomes of the partner marketing program, providing recommendations that influence executive decision-making and broader GTM strategies.

Requirements
  • 8 years' marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in accounting/fintech and/or B2B marketing desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to global marketing strategies and leading cross-regional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with journey-based marketing frameworks, lifecycle planning, and performance measurement in a partner-led growth context.
  • Strategic B2B marketer with a proven ability to drive customer growth through marketing programs.
  • Commercial and customer-centric, with a strong understanding of partner lifecycle dynamics and channel strategy.
  • Analytical and insight-led, focused on experimentation-led optimization.
  • Natural collaborator and communicator, able to build trust and influence across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and delivery-focused, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
