We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coatings Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality coatings services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Colour match and mix vehicles after preparation.
- Build and maintain a colour library.
- Prep, prime, and paint vehicles according to job requirements.
- Buff and denib vehicles.
- Handle vehicles with care and attention.
- Notate extra paint work required.
- Report old damage or poor previous repairs to production managers.
- Clean work bays and workshop areas.
- Coach apprentices when required.
Requirements:
- Trade qualified Spray Painter.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a trade qualified Spray Painter.
- Strong commitment to working safely.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively with the team.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Own tools necessary for the role.
