About the Role:

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled trade qualified Spray Painter to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the trade and possess excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Colour mix and match vehicle after preparation and painting
  • Build and maintain colour library
  • Prep, prime, and paint vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process
  • Buff and denib vehicle
  • Handle all vehicles with due care and attention
  • Report any old damage or poor previous repairs to production manager
  • Clean work bay and workshop areas
  • Coach apprentices when required

About You: We are looking for a candidate with strong commitment to safety and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
