We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health and Safety Consultant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide consulting and risk management services to clients and internal teams.

  • Apply well-developed specialist knowledge to deliver practicable solutions for risk identification and mitigation.
  • Manage a team of OHS consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes for client bases.
  • Mentor and support professional development plans for direct reports.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in WHS advisory or related role.
  • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
  • High level of safety hands-on technical experience.
  • Experience in people management and leadership, including mentoring, developing, and guiding more inexperienced consultants.
