This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented group of digital marketers skilled in various domains like Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and SEO.

As a senior digital marketing leader, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies that will elevate our brand visibility, customer acquisition and retention efforts, and maximise return on investment (ROI).

The role demands exceptional leadership capabilities and a collaborative nature to work with cross-functional teams, as well as a strategic mindset that aligns digital marketing initiatives seamlessly with our overarching business objectives.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define target audiences, identify growth opportunities, and prioritise marketing initiatives
  • Ensure integration and alignment of digital marketing efforts across channels (Social Media, Search, Lifecycle) and with SEO initiatives

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of multiple digital marketing disciplines, including Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and SEO
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Amplitude)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
