Transformation Assurance Lead

About the Role
As a seasoned professional in project and program assurance, you will lead the delivery of transformation project and program reviews.
- Review and analyse critical project/program artefacts against better practice methodologies.
- Identify key risks to success of projects/programs.
- Lead client engagements, including fieldwork interviews and final presentations of key findings.
- Oversee the delivery of a final report, providing clients with confidence that their key projects and programs are aligned to their strategic outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to build relationships with project directors, executives and team members.
- Engage in business development by identifying opportunities in the market to help clients solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Leading project, program and portfolio reviews.
- Investigating the detail of a project or program to determine if it is likely to succeed.
- Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues.
