Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our National Work & Road team in our Ashfield office. This full-time role offers flexibility for hybrid work arrangements after completing sufficient training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our busy team, including file management and coordination of appointments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other professionals in writing and verbally.
- Prepare legal correspondence and compile court documents.
- Support the team in preparing matters for conferences and hearings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in legal support or business administration.
- A natural passion for helping people and high level of empathy.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and drafting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- A willingness to learn and take initiative.
