Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the People & Culture department, you will play a crucial role in executing all people-related processes efficiently and accurately.

In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including partners, managers, and employees, to deliver professional, responsive, customer-focused service, advice, and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to shape the employee experience through practical, people-first solutions that strengthen our culture and support our teams to thrive.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible approach to your work.
  • Experience with an HRMS system such as Oracle would be advantageous.
