Job Title: Taxitech Fleet Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to assess and repair dispatch equipment, payment terminals, taxi meters, security cameras, and other taxi equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vehicle safety inspections.
  • Repair MTData dispatch equipment, EFTPOS machines, taxi meters, security cameras, and other taxi equipment.
  • Perform fault diagnosis and obtain necessary parts and materials for repairs.
  • Assist with diagnosing vehicle issues related to the MTData dispatch system, camera system, or Cabcharge FAREWAY plus system.
  • Interpret manuals and software to identify spare parts and coordinate with the TAXITECH Manager regarding part ordering.
  • Maintain shop equipment by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, managing supplies, and performing preventative maintenance.
