Electrical Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to diagnose, repair, test and service site electrical and electronic systems.

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Specialist to join our team at a mine in development. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and at least 2 years' experience in an underground mining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues in site systems.
  • Maintain Sandvik DD421 and DD421i jumbos and Sandvik DL421 and DL432i solos.
  • Ensure compliance with mining and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Holding a current WA Electrical Workers Licence.
  • Licensed for Low Voltage Switchboard rescue and CPR certification.
  • Detailed knowledge of mining and safety regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Holding a current WA Drivers Licence - manual (C class minimum).
