Job Title

Care is a specialist disability support provider that meets individual client needs in their home or community environment.

We have been providing services to clients across Australia since 2006.

The position we are currently looking to fill requires occasional regional travel, and regular rotating on-call responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Roster staff to match client needs
  • Buid relationships with staff, clients and their families & participate in client case meetings
  • Use cloud based systems for rostering, client management and quality management
  • Train staff on internal practices and coordinate client specific training as needed
  • Meet potential clients, and promote the services of Care in a positive manner
  • Ensure care plans are current and communicated with the support team, and ensure familiarity with client changes needs and provide direction and support to the care team as appropriate
  • Active role in recruiting staff suitable to meet the needs of our clients
  • Respond to incident reports, and ensure documentation is complete
Premises of Success:
  • Ability to manage workload autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team and liaise with a range of audiences
  • Positive attitude
  • Able to think creatively to solve problems and promote solutions
Requirements:
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Current criminal record check and Working with Children Check
  • Right to work in Australia in a full-time position
  • Capacity to take on-call responsibility after hours on a rotating roster
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)
