We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing WHS & Compliance activities, including vendor inductions and review of SWMS/JSA
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver Reactive and Preventative maintenance workorders through JLL's Work Order Management system (Corrigo)
- Manage vendor relationships, including setting up new vendors and processing invoices
- Assist in the delivery of minor works through the procurement process
- Participate in the annual building inspections
- A tertiary qualification in property, facilities or construction management is desirable or 2 years + experience in facilities, property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HS&E requirements and vendor management
- Proven ability to commit flawless execution while complying with procedures and standards
- Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
