**About the Job:**
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering integrity and ethical standards throughout our organization. Your primary objective is to conduct impartial grievance reviews, chair high-level decision-making processes, deliver comprehensive training on recruitment practices and workplace behavior, contribute to policy development that strengthens integrity, and provide practical guidance to both agencies and employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conducting thorough investigations and making informed recommendations.
- Chairing the Public Sector Appeals Board and leading high-level decision-making processes.
- Developing and delivering training programs on recruitment practices and appropriate workplace behavior.
- Contributing to policy development that strengthens integrity and transparency.
- Providing guidance and support to employees and agencies.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated experience in conducting complex investigations and making informed recommendations.
- Proven ability to lead high-level decision-making processes and chair committees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and influence outcomes.
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and natural justice principles.
- Ability to integrate alternative dispute resolution techniques and think strategically.
