Job Title: Ms Dynamics Solution Architect

A highly skilled Solution Architect is required to lead the integration of MS Dynamics with AWS Connect.

This key role will be responsible for designing and implementing robust integrations between AWS Connect and Dynamics 365.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Solution Architecture: Integration of MS dynamics with AWS Connect.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive architectural designs for integrating AWS Connect with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Integration Expertise: Design and implement robust integrations between AWS Connect and Dynamics 365.
  • Cloud Architecture: Define and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Security Best Practices: Ensure the solution adheres to strict security guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize the solution for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on cloud-based contact center solutions.
  • Expertise in AWS services, particularly AWS Connect.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with integration technologies like APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
