Take the lead in shaping how modern enterprises connect, scale, and thrive. Fusion5 is looking for a Technical Team Leader with strong experience across AWS, Azure and MuleSoft to guide and grow our talented integration team.

This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on technical expertise in cloud integration with the ability to mentor, lead, and inspire others. You'll work alongside passionate consultants, engineers, and delivery specialists to build and implement smart, scalable integration solutions for some of ANZ's most exciting businesses.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of integration consultants and developers
  • Drive technical excellence across AWS, Azure and MuleSoft based integration projects
  • Manage workloads, project resourcing, and team development
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Ensure delivery meets Fusion5's standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the integration team

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in cloud-based integration, particularly with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, etc.)
  • Strong background in integration, middleware, APIs, and system connectivity
  • Several years experience leading or mentoring technical teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with enterprise-level clients and navigating complex solution landscapes
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for technical leadership
  • Experience in a professional services environment is highly regarded
