Cloud Technical Lead Position

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud Technical Lead to join our Technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical direction and leadership to the existing team, as well as providing technical leadership and direction to partners in delivery of projects and solutions relating to Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Session M.

About the Role:
  • This is a leadership role that requires significant experience with Salesforce and related technologies.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing technical direction, developing functional and technical designs, designing, constructing, integrating, and deploying cloud-based capabilities.
  • They will provide technical guidance and mentorship to the existing team, ensuring they are up-to-date with new technology and trends in the cloud services area.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To act as a Functional and Technical SME for cloud solutions, including Mastercard Session-M, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  2. To develop and review functional and technical designs as part of new initiatives.
  3. To successfully design, construct, integrate, and deploy cloud-based capability.
  4. To provide technical direction and leadership/mentoring to the existing team.
  5. To keep abreast of new technology and trends in the cloud services area and distribute this knowledge to other members of the team.
Requirements:
  • Highly experienced in integration, data mapping, and customizations.
  • Preferred knowledge and some experience with Dev-ops.
  • Certified in a relevant Salesforce qualification: Salesforce Developer, Administrator, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud.
