We are seeking a seasoned sales expert to lead our feedlot sales and marketing efforts in Australia. This role will be responsible for managing the entire business, focusing on key account management, sales, marketing, and growth strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Ruminant Feedlot sales and marketing efforts;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors, integrators, influencers, consultants, and end-users in the region;
  • Drive sales and marketing strategies, launches, advertising, and promotions across the entire business;
  • Design and implement a comprehensive feedlot strategy;
  • Achieve strategic goals for sales, profitability, and operational excellence;
  • Build momentum in our animal health business in the feedlot segment and create relevant marketing materials;
  • Engage with customers and end-users to deliver our company message;
  • Establish a network of resources to support key products;
  • Promote our brand and present at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of nutrition and biological functions in ruminants;
  • Relevant degree in veterinary health/nutrition or a related field;
  • Knowledge of feedlot diseases and their impact on production systems;
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and industry trends;
  • Excellent key account management and selling skills;
  • Proven marketing abilities.
