Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Graduate And Trainee Program Adviser. The role is available for 6 months + extension.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and review a graduate development program aligned with the organization's priorities and diverse workforce needs.

- Engage with internal leaders to identify opportunities for graduate positions and provide expert advice and support during the nomination process.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment to the overall program and organizational priorities.

- Provide ongoing support and expert advice to graduates and supervisors during their involvement in the program.

- Develop and manage an efficient traineeship and apprenticeship program, monitoring, reviewing, and adapting it to align with the organization's priorities.

Required Skills:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including negotiation and issues resolution.

- Experience developing plans or strategies that provide a career roadmap for entry-level participants.

- Demonstrated procurement management skills, including experience in sourcing services and managing contractor performance.

- Significant experience in managing a traineeship and apprenticeship program through effective partnerships with stakeholders.
