What To Expect
  • Engage in a three-day conference on the Gold Coast with your peers, exploring key topics and developing relationships.
  • Participate in structured learning through three tailored modules, focusing on critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience hands-on learning every six months, networking with peers from across the country.
  • Receive mentoring from executive management and emerging leaders, helping you build leadership qualities and progress your career.


Your Role As A Graduate Site Engineer

You'll work as part of a team, playing a key role in ensuring all work is delivered according to quality, time, production, safety, and environmental objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learning about drawings, specifications, and HSEQ requirements for site-related activities.
  • Contributing to core project functions, including purchasing materials, supporting financial functions, and submitting progress claims.
  • Maintaining a daily diary outlining site meetings, discussions, works performed, and inspections.
  • Actively participating in training initiatives and skill development programs.

To qualify for this position, you must have completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or graduating in 2025 or mid-2026).
