Job Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to manage civil construction projects. We seek an experienced individual with excellent leadership skills to oversee project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Develop project programs, budgets, and contract administration.
  • Ensure project specifications are met and client expectations exceeded.
  • Proactively identify and address risks and issues to keep projects on track.
  • Lead by example in safety matters, ensuring the wellbeing of personnel and compliance with relevant requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years experience delivering multiple civil construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent project management skills, including plan development, budget management, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
