Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a Diploma-qualified educator to lead our learning community with courage, inspire excellence, and believe in the power of early learning to shape futures.

About You
  • Diploma Qualified: Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent), confident in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • Knowledge of Frameworks: Understand the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), turning theory into meaningful moments for children.
  • Experience Working with Children: Bring real-world experience working with children aged 0–5, adapting, staying calm, and creating a positive atmosphere.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Enjoy being part of a close-knit team where ideas are shared, support flows both ways, and everyone lifts each other up.
  • Effective Communication: Clear, thoughtful, and professional communication with families, colleagues, and documenting children's progress.
  • Required Certifications: Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate, CPR/anaphylaxis training.
