Payroll Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with a focus on labor law compliance and optimizing payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure labor law compliance and optimize payroll systems
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of annual payment summaries
- Support and coach the payroll team, responding to and resolving payroll enquiries and issues
- Lead and engage the payroll team, ensuring adequate mentoring and coaching
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Payroll or Management related discipline
- Membership to TAPS
- Competent and capable in all areas of payroll processing
- Demonstrated leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation
- Customer service focus
- Problem solving and analytical skills
