Job Title: Creative Brand Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated creative professional to lead our brand design initiatives.

This role is centered on creating visually compelling designs that resonate with diverse audiences. As a key member, you will bring clarity and creativity to our corporate, marketing, and customer communications across various formats including static, video, print-ready, and presentation storytelling.

  • Design and develop innovative visual concepts that align with brand standards.
  • Build professional templates and toolkits to support internal and external communication.
  • Create engaging visuals and video content for a range of digital and advertising channels (social, email, website banners, display ads).
  • Evolving and maintaining the brand system, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in graphic design, corporate communications, or marketing design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, etc.) and Figma.

Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and excellent organisational and time-management skills are required. The ideal candidate will be able to balance creativity with professionalism and work effectively across teams.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in layout design, typography, and brand systems to create campaign-ready digital assets and adapt designs for multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative assets including investor presentations, sales decks, and corporate reports.

• Build professional templates and toolkits to support internal and external communication.

• Create engaging visuals and video content for a range of digital and advertising channels.

• Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate creative workflows and enhance ideation.

• Design offline materials such as event collateral, print assets, and merchandise.

• Evolving and maintaining the brand system, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.

• Develop iconography, illustration styles, and static assets that strengthen brand recognition.

• Contribute to brainstorming, storytelling, and ideation sessions across creative campaigns.
