We are a passionate community of individuals working together to bring anime enthusiasts closer to the stories and characters they love.

The role we are looking for involves coordinating logistics and sales of our Collectibles from planning and launch through to their retail presence. This includes preparing classification documents, submitting them to the Classification Board, and updating relevant departments with Australian classification certificates.

About You
  • You have 2+ years of experience in coordinating merchandise shipments, tracking progress, and ensuring receipt of goods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals will thrive in this position.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite is required.
  • Knowledge of Australian Classification criteria and legislation is necessary.
  • Understanding of Australian supply chain logistics is also required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

This is a part-time role requiring 30 hours per week.

About the Job
  • Compress and prepare video files to meet Classification Board specifications.
  • Prepare classification documents and submit them to the Classification board.
  • Update relevant US departments with Australian classification documents for New Zealand FLVB classification.
  • Forward Australian classification certificate to relevant Sales and Madman contacts.
  • Maintain local G-drive archive with Classification certificates.
  • Update Designer in Wrike with classification rating and consumer advice.
  • Coordinate incoming merchandise shipments and deliveries.
  • Monitor progress of shipments and update the Shipping Tracker.
