Lead User Researcher & Insights Specialist

This key role leads the user research and insights capability, informing product strategy and design execution. The lead researcher will partner with other design leaders, product, and business teams to elevate the design practice.

In this position, you'll oversee a team of researchers, indirectly supporting designers to answer questions effectively. You'll develop and refine the research and testing practice, ensuring quality and efficiency in generating user insights.

Responsibilities:
