We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to manage a range of contracts on-site. This role is part of an EPCM team delivering a major mining project in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer construction and services contracts on-site ensuring successful delivery across all stages of the contract lifecycle.
- Support contractor performance, claims handling, and risk management.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure contract deliverables are achieved.
- Manage contract documentation, including variations and claims.
- Participate in contractor meetings providing commercial input.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Law, Construction Management or related field.
- Significant experience in contracts administration within EPCM/EPC project environments.
- Strong working knowledge of contract terms and negotiation strategies.
- Proficient in procurement and project systems.
- High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
