Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven healthcare professional to lead a team of medical professionals in providing expert medical advice, delivering training, and overseeing the technical supervision of Contracted Health Professionals.
This is an in-office position responsible for contributing to Defence Force Recruiting Headquarters' operational goals by leveraging exceptional leadership skills, expertise, and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be an adept relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possessing a strong understanding of medical practices and procedures.
About you:
- You must have a minimum of 5 years Full-Time post-graduate general practitioner experience as determined by RACGP and ACRRM.
- You must have a minimum of 2 years Full-Time experience in general practice setting within the last 5 years.
- You must hold current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a specialist medical practitioner (including General Practice) in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
