Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the veterinary and nursing team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Ensure the highest standards of patient care and client satisfaction.
Mentor and support less-experienced vets and nurses, cultivating a strong learning environment
Manage a diverse caseload, from routine check-ups to complex cases, using evidence-based practices.
Communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through treatment options and care plans.
Contribute to the clinic's ongoing growth and reputation within the local community.
What You'll Need
Veterinary degree accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC), or completion of NAVLE, AVE, or similar examinations.
Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for team development.
Commitment to delivering compassionate, industry-leading care.
