The Salvation Army's Adult Rehabilitation Centers offer a unique opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. Through the collection and resale of gently used goods, we provide financial support for individuals struggling with social and spiritual afflictions.

The in-residence rehabilitation program focuses on basic necessities, providing a clean and healthy living environment, good food, work therapy, leisure time activities, group and individual counseling, and spiritual direction. Our goal is to develop life skills and foster a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join our team in creating a pleasant work environment and building excellent customer relationships. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in meeting sales and production goals, scheduling store personnel, and completing payroll information.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals
  • Schedule and manage store personnel
  • Complete payroll information for all staff
  • Train, direct, and supervise new employees
  • Evaluate store compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations

As a backup for the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked store and supporting the work therapy program component of The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers.
