Job Overview:

MNG is seeking a highly skilled Geophysicist to join our team. As a Geophysicist, you will be responsible for acquiring and processing geophysical data in various near-surface geophysical techniques within Australian cities and regional locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct geophysical data acquisition using specialized equipment and software.
  • Process and analyze geophysical data to create detailed 3D models of subsurface structures.
  • Present and discuss the results with stakeholders, including suggestions and limitations.
  • Ensure compliance with MNG's policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes in land development, engineering, and construction projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) majoring in Geophysics.
  • Experience in acquiring geophysical datasets in the field and willingness to travel regionally for work.
  • Strong understanding of near-surface geophysical techniques and ability to manage project deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
