Medical Legal Professional

We seek a Medical Legal Professional to provide exceptional client care and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries, cosmetic injuries, birth injuries, delayed diagnosis of illness, and cerebral palsy.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial client interviews to understand their unique situation and develop a trusting relationship.
  • Manage post-interview activities, including drafting medical chronologies and legal documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Law team to deliver excellent client care.
  • Partner with the contact centre team to identify new opportunities and manage enquiries to resolution.
  • Nurture quality relationships with clients and assist them in accessing local support.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Biomedical Science and/or Laws (preferred but not essential).
  • A working knowledge of medical terminology, guidelines, practices, and protocols.
  • Tenacity for complex problem-solving and a natural curiosity to listen to clients.
  • Demonstrated phone-based customer service experience for clients with varying degrees of trauma.
  • A commitment to connecting with those around you and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
