Job Overview:

This role requires a skilled professional with experience in managing high-volume supply chain and transport operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading dispatch and transport teams across Australia nationally, ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive operational efficiencies and improve performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and forecast resources, wages, and labour requirements.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams. Strong analytical skills, budgeting expertise, and commercial acumen are essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading high-volume supply chain or transport operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and resource planning expertise.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
