Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in identity and access management, cloud security, and security operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with our IT and security teams to help strengthen our organization's security posture. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security features available under Microsoft Purview E5 licence (e.g., compliance, Insider Risk, DLP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and policies.
  • Configure and maintain Netskope Secure Web Gateway and other secure access solutions.
  • Assist in implementing and managing security features available under Microsoft Purview E5 licence (e.g., compliance, Insider Risk, DLP).
  • Work with BigID or similar data discovery/classification tools to support data governance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Security Operations team to monitor and respond to threats.
  • Provide basic support and troubleshooting for firewalls, DLP, and email security tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4 to 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure security roles.
  • Hands-on experience or good knowledge with PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
  • Familiarity with Netskope, Microsoft Purview, and BigID.
  • Understanding of security operations processes, incident handling, and SIEM tools.
  • Working knowledge of DLP, firewalls, and email security platforms (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Proofpoint).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to evolving security challenges.
