Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer Integration and Test

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer Integration and Test to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our program, you will play a crucial role in supporting the integration and test of state-of-the-art technology at the core of our Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC) system.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for on-site management and execution of Integration and Test (I&T) activities, encompassing the coordination and implementation of systems engineering. Your expertise in Systems Engineering principles and lifecycles, along with the capability to work effectively with defence stakeholders, will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement systems engineering activities for the DARC system
  • Manage and execute I&T activities, including on-site management and execution
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of experts from the US and Australia
  • Work closely with the lead SEIT team, who are operating remotely from the work location
  • Identify and resolve risks and issues in a setting with limited support
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent) and registration as a Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia. Your ability to collaboratively solve technical problems, demonstrated by relevant practical "hands on" experience, will be highly regarded. Experience with requirements management, traceability and compliance, and associated tools, such as DOORs, is also essential.
