We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our warehouse operations in Brisbane, Australia.

  • Manage the warehouse and staff to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.
  • Analyse daily forecast estimates vs actuals to determine accurate staffing requirements and stock levels.
  • Develop peak planning strategies and implement them successfully to maintain a smooth warehouse operation during peak periods.
  • Set performance goals for operatives with support from the Global Performance Manager.
  • Manage local stock takes and liaise with auditors.
  • Authorize payroll data such as overtime, casual hours, and bonuses.
  • Review and optimize warehouse space, including shelving plans, work areas, staff facilities, and external storage.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Background in health, safety, and environment (HSE) is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams across various shifts.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes, including recruitment.
  • Excellent IT skills required, working across multiple systems.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
