Mid-Level or Senior Lawyer - General Insurance

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced mid-level or senior lawyer to join our thriving General Insurance practice in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a highly regarded Partner and other lawyers on a diverse range of matters.

This role involves handling complex and high-profile claims for government departments, clients, and insurers. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation on coronial inquiries and public liability (personal injury) matters.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong technical ability, excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, and experience working with government entities or in defendant litigation. You must also be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
