**Job Description**

As an Early Childhood Educator with Goodstart Early Learning, you will become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.

You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth in our young learners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Craft and implement high-quality learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve educational goals and improve child outcomes;
  • Establish strong relationships with families and engage them in their child's learning journey;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to our Child Safe policies and procedures;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent);
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • A valid Working with Children Check (NSW).
