We are seeking an experienced Mining Engineer to work in Technical Presales, supporting our underground software business.

In this strategic, customer-facing role, you will:

  • Partner with business development managers to identify, develop, and close opportunities
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and input into proposals and tenders
  • Lead software evaluations and proof-of-concept builds
  • Support customer success during implementation and training
  • Assist with campaign events, conferences, and promotions
  • Contribute to product development through feedback and regional testing
Required Skills and Qualifications

You should be a passionate Mining Engineer with a strong technical background and a drive to deliver value to customers.

Your experience and attributes should include:

  • Site based experience in an UG mine production or operational planning role
  • Experience in the development, implementation, and support of UG mine planning and scheduling systems
  • Technical consulting or pre-sales experience is highly advantageous
  • A recognised tertiary earth science or engineering qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
