About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Household Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general household support and cleaning services with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Cleaning high-risk areas such as toilets and floors, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Utilising cleaning products effectively while wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Demonstrating empathy and respect for clients, participating in clinical review meetings as required
  • Being flexible and responsive to meet client needs and care team demands
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A positive attitude towards health and wellbeing
  • The ability to work autonomously, making decisions with minimal supervision

Applicants must hold a Current Police Screening Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check), along with a reliable roadworthy vehicle, comprehensive insurance, current First Aid and CPR Certificates, and demonstrated experience in domestic or commercial cleaning.
