Requirements
- Customer Service Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant systems
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
