Family Support Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to work with families and make a positive impact on their lives.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual who can provide exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships with families and service providers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support families to understand, implement and review their child's NDIS plan
  • Facilitate plan reassessments and monitor progress toward individualised goals
  • Provide practical guidance and emotional support, especially during challenging conversations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage administrative tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong family-centred approach
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex information for families
  • Experience in early childhood education, administration, or customer service
  • An understanding of the NDIS and its impact on families of children with additional needs
