Airport Operations Supervisor

Job Title:
Airport Operations SupervisorWe are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities associated with labour activities and aircraft movements to achieve accurate operational KPIs.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving collaboration through systems and processes with internal and external customers to avert delays and ensure service level agreements are met
- Investigating all delays to root cause level and implementing corrective actions or making recommendations
- Supporting the Leading Hands and/or Allocators in managing daily operational variances and assisting with decision-making in operational matters
- Ensuring staff compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as Airside Driving Regulations, Food Safety, AQIS Customs regulations, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar environment
- Experience with customer service, inventory control, and management systems
- Displays business and industry acumen understanding
- Previous success achieving KPI targets and adherence to security, safety, health, and environmental requirements
